Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel an appointment please give us 48 hours or more notice.
This allows us to offer your appointment to someone else.

For appointments scheduled on Saturday or  Sunday  – cancellations made by voicemail or email after Fri 6pm will incur the full consultation fee.

IMPORTANT: If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice or miss your appointment you will be charged the full consultation fee.

Payment Terms

Fees and Payment

Full payment by bank credit or credit card is due on the day of consultation.

Important: If bank transfer is chosen, the payment receipt must be forwarded to Changed Insights by end of business day on the day of  the end of appointment.

Unpaid Accounts

In the event of the account being in default and being referred to an external party for collection the customer shall be liable for all resulting costs arising from the recovery, including commission which would be payable if the account is paid in full and legal costs including demand costs.


Refunds are only offered if payment has been received up front and the appointment has been cancelled within our cancellation time frames.  Refunds are paid directly back  into the bank account of the payor.
