Meet Barbara Craven: Psychotherapist Melbourne
Hello there,
Thank you for visiting my site.
My expertise extends to working with men and boys dealing with violence and bullying in their lives.
I specialise in using psychotherapy techniques to help you regain control over your life.
I’ve assisted countless men to reduce their family violence behaviours. More significantly, I guide them on how to cease using these harmful actions with their loved ones.
So, if you’re ready to take charge of your life, I’m here to support and guide you through your transformation & therapy journey.
Let’s work together to build a foundation of mental well-being giving you a brighter and more fulfilling future.

Who Says I Can Do Any of this?
I am not here to brag, simply to prove to you that I have what it takes to help change and transform your life.
I get really good results when I include counselling, coaching, and hypnotherapy techniques in our sessions.
We tap into your strengths, experiences, and knowledge.
I am highly empathetic and in tune with people’s emotions and provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you.

About Changed Insights

Mission
I'm on mission to reduce domestic violence in Australia and I want to collect the men before they get to the MBCP (Men's Behaviour Change Programs).

2025 Goal
If I can help just 10 men that use domestic violence this year than I know I have done my bit and can sleep better at night knowing I am making a difference.

Vision
Through my work across counselling, psychotherapy etc I want to expand Changed Insights and ensure robust mental health throughout our communties.

My Approach
There are a lot of psychotherapy clinics in Melbourne but Changed Insights is a more specialised clinic with the work it does around violent men and men that engage in domestic violence.
Stay tuned for my podcast where with guests I discuss psychotherapy, men’s violence, and just general wellbeing.
