Book your Session

You are in control of your calendar… and here is mine. To book your session, PLEASE will you:

Choose your Session type – ie a first session, a follow up session or a Non obligation chat
Choose a date – click on the next available date
Click on the time
Input your personal details – please use the SAME email address every time – otherwise you will become a duplicate client 🙂
A confirmation email with details will be sent to your inbox.

To confirm your Session, PLEASE note:

Your invoice will be sent to your inbox, with an easy to pay link.
If this is your FIRST session – please complete the Intake Form
See you at our appointed session time.

Please note our Cancellation Policy is changes made to appointments within 26 hours of a scheduled session incur the full fee. Please note our Fee Policy is payment needs to be made prior to your session starting.

15 minute No Obligation Chat

The purpose of this no obligation chat is for us both to:

Decide if we are a good fit, and can work together
Share answers to some of your questions about Strategic Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Clinical Counselling etc
Discover how sessions work and what might be expected
Reduce some of the normal anxiety which is present when starting with a new therapist

Please follow the instructions to schedule time with me – it’s fast and easy.

Booking your Sessions made easy

We have tried to make booking as easy as possible for everyone.

First Session - with Intake time

We need the extra time to:

Give you enough time to share your concerns,
Give us enough time to go through your Intake Form, medical situation etc,
Ensure I understand the issues,
Set up and confirm your Treatment Plan and your Wellness Plan,
Start treatment or intervention.

This 110 minute, First Session involves:
40 minutes for intake and assessment
Confirm your Mental Health Goal(s) and Plan
40 Minutes for Treatment or agreed intervention
Working through your questions and activities
Confirming your tasks or activities to be completed prior to our next session.

I look forward to talking with you online.

2nd or Repeat Session
- 50 minutes

Reschedule and Cancellations

Please remember our cancellation policy – which means full fees are due if cancellations are made less than 36 hours before your appointment.

You can reschedule your time using the link in your confirmation email any time before this 36 hour window.

This is to ensure other clients are not disadvantaged.
